The Stella Ellis Hart Library serves about 480 people living in the Smiley area of Gonzales County, Texas. The library maintains collections of fiction and non-fiction books, Texana history, genealogy, magazines, newspapers, audiovisual materials, CDs, videos, and electronic resources for children and adults and offers public computers, wireless internet, and monthly events for all patrons.
