The Mark Twain Neighborhood Library serves the residents living in the city of Long Beach, Los Angeles County. The library was founded in 1930 as the Central Branch Library on Rose Avenue and currently occupies a 16,000-square-foot facility that is fully ADA-compliant and has public computers, community meeting rooms, print, and copier machines.
