The Logan Heights Branch Library serves the residents of San Diego City and is a part of the San Diego Public Library. The Library System maintains 5.3 million volumes and circulates 6.8 million items per year. The Logan Heights Branch Library began serving the community in 1915 and moved to its current 25,000-square-foot building in 2009. It provides print and electronic collections, meeting and study rooms, a cultural center, WiFi, and a computer lab with 33 public computers, It also offers various library programs for children, teens, and adults.
