The Lockney Branch Library serves 1,480 residents in the city of Lockney and is one of the Floyd County Memorial Libraries. The library system maintains over 425,615 materials including 394,000 books, 28,000 CDs, cassette tapes, books on CDs, and more than 315 CD-ROMS, with roughly 3 million items circulated in a fiscal year. The library provides computer and internet training, WiFi services, storytimes, book discussions, and other library events.
