The Linda Vista Branch Library is a part of the San Diego Public Library that serves 1.3 million residents in San Diego. The Library System maintains 5.2 million volumes and circulates 6.8 million items per year. Linda Vista Branch opened in 1942 and moved to its current 10,000-square-foot building in 1987. It holds collections of Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese materials and provides 19 public computers, WiFi, meeting and study rooms, homework help, crafts, storytime, and other library events.
