The Lakeview Branch Library is a part of the Oakland Public Library, which provides services to more than 400,000 people living in Alameda County in Oakland, California. The library system maintains more than a million volumes and circulates 2.6 million items annually, including DVDs, music, and digital resources. The Lakeview branch has English and Spanish book collections, four computers with Internet access, copy, print, and scan equipment, meeting rooms, as well as book clubs, storytimes, and craft activities.
