The Julia Yates Semmes Library at Comanche Lookout Park serves over 1.4 million residents in the City of San Antonio, the northeast part of San Antonio and Bexar County, and schools in the Northeast Independent School District. The library is part of the San Antonio Public Library and contributes to its 1.8 million volumes on hand and 7.3 million items in circulation annually. Semmes Library is housed in a 15,975-square-foot and is open to the public seven days a week. It offers contact-free pickup services, wireless internet access, public computers, and document printing and copying.
