The Helen Hall Library, established in 1972, serves about 97,570 residents of League City. It maintains 154,560 volumes and circulates 859,860 items per year. In addition to traditional library services, the library provides meeting and study rooms, WiFi, public computers, printing/scanning/faxing, and research assistance. Patrons of the library have access to a variety of programs hosted by the library, including Spanish learning, English conversation practice, computer classes, writers club, history club, book clubs, and storytime.
