The Grand Prairie Memorial Library serves 179,000 residents in the city of Grand Prairie, Dallas County. Established in 1937 with a small collection loaned from the Dallas Public Library, it has expanded to include three member libraries and two automated kiosks. The library now maintains 202,760 volumes and circulates 336,000 items per year, including print and digital collections. In addition to its extensive resources, the library offers 3D printing, wireless MiFi hotspots, computers, printing, and faxing. It also hosts various programs, including a Ukulele club, STEM activities, adult movement classes, and interlibrary loans.
