The Escalon Library serves about 7,450 residents in the City of Escalon and is one of the County Libraries under the Stockton-San Joachin County Public Library. The library has books and media resources in English and Spanish, contributing to the Library System's collections of 828,930 volumes and over 1.8 million items in circulation annually. Escalon Library has an 86-person capacity meeting room, two study rooms, 14 Internet Workstations, WiFi, a scanner/copier, and a fax machine. It provides Wireless Printing services, Family Storytime, Chair Yoga, English Conversations, Crafts, Youth Gardening Club, and Summer Reading programs.
