The East Irving Learning Center serves about 254,700 residents in the City of Irving and is part of the Irving Public Library. While affiliated with the Irving Public Library, it mostly offers scheduled classes that require registration. It is housed in the City of Irving Human Services building and partners with the Irving Independent School District to host classes, including English as a Second Language, computer literacy, continuing education, and GED.
