The Collins Garden Library is a San Antonio Public Library branch and serves San Antonio and Bexar County residents, including schools in the San Antonio Independent School District, Alamo Community College District 5, and School Board of Education 3. The library was opened in 1917 and currently occupies a 9,000-square-foot building. It maintains approximately 45,000 volumes, which include print books, audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs. It offers public computers, WiFi, contact-free pickup, and various programs for children and adults.
