The City Terrace Library is one of the County of Los Angeles Public Library's branches, which serves approximately 9.8 million people in Los Angeles. The Library system houses around 5.3 million volumes and circulates 16.5 million items per year, including books, music, and videos. The City Terrace Branch has a 23-person capacity meeting room, children and teen spaces, large print, collections in English, Chinese, and Spanish, history resources, seven public computers, eight laptop and hotspot kits, and one early learning computer in its 8,000-square-foot facility. The library provides photocopying, research support, online homework help, and other services in addition to storytimes and book clubs.
