The BiblioTech Central Jury Library serves 1.4 million residents in the City of San Antonio and is part of Bexar County's BiblioTech, an all-digital public library. The library maintains 1.7 million volumes which include newspapers, magazines, movies, live concerts, documentaries, music soundtracks, and downloadable eBooks & audiobooks for all ages like indie picks, best sellers, and graphic novels. It is located in the Paul Elizondo Tower in the main jury room and is open Monday to Wednesday.
