The Barbara Fasken Branch Library serves 256,187 residents in the City of Laredo, Webb County. The library is one of the Laredo Public Libraries, which maintains 280,459 volumes and circulates 222,150 items per year. In addition to books and traditional library resources, Barbara Fasken Branch Library provides 28 computers for public use, WiFi, computer classes, copy/fax machines, and mobile printing. In the Summer, it offers Summer Reading programs and free healthy meals to children through a partnership with the United Independent School District. It is open from 10 AM Monday to Saturday.
