The Lobelville Library is one of two branches of the Perry County Public Library that serve 930 residents in the City of Lobelville. The library system has 36,400 volumes on hand and circulates 47,200 items each year, which include books, movies, audiobooks, and electronic resources. The Lobelville Library, located on Main St. in the Lobelville City Hall municipal building, offers computers, wireless internet access, summer reading programs, family movie night, and a range of programs for toddlers and preschoolers.
