The Halls Branch Library serves the residents in the City of Knoxville in Knox County, Tennessee. The library maintains more than 1.2 million books and serial volumes and over 2.7 million items are circulated annually. The branch has a 30-capacity community meeting room featuring a Projection screen, Lectern/Podium, Dry-erase board, Refrigerator, and Sink. In addition to the traditional services, the library hosts events like Toddler and Preschool Storytimes, Baby Bookworm, and Hall festivals.
