The Morrow Branch Library serves 6,553 residents in the City of Morrow and is a part of the Clayton County Library System. The Library System maintains 531,190 volumes and circulates 569,063 items per year. The Morrow Branch is housed in a 10,000-square-foot building on Maddox Road, and it offers a large meeting room with a kitchenette and a children's area with a storytime corner. It was dedicated in honor of Carol Cobb Turner in 1991 and has since expanded its collections to cover 60,000 books. It also provides computers, WiFi, scanning, copying, and printing services.
