The Vinings Library serves the residents in the Atlanta region in southeast Cobb County. The library is a branch of the Cobb County Public Library, which maintains approximately 928,000 volumes and circulates 2.8 million items per year. The Vinings Branch Library opened its doors in 1990 and offers books, public computers, WiFi, curbside hold pick, printing, copying, and scanning services as well as programs for children and adults.
