The Juniper Library is a public library serving more than 400 residents in the city of Grand Lake in Grand County, Colorado. It is a Grand County Library District (GCLD) affiliate branch. The Juniper Library was established in 1988 in response to an expanding need for library services and a bigger space. The aggregate resources of the county system now total more than 55,000 books and serial volumes, close to 10,000 e-books, more than 6,000 audio files, and nearly 9,000 video files. More than 150,000 people visit the library system each year, more than 190,000 items are checked out; and more than 14,000 people register as borrowers.
