The W.F. Foster Public Library is a public library that serves more than 2,000 residents in the city of England, in southwestern Lonoke County, Arkansas. It is an affiliate branch of the Lonoke/Prairie County Regional Library System. In response to the growing need for library services, the William F. Foster Public Library was founded in 1984 and contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library system, which includes nearly 160,000 books and serial volumes, more than 8,000 e-books, more than 6,000 audio files, and more than 7,000 video files. The library system also has over 48,000 registered borrowers, over 180,000 materials circulated annually, and over 160,000 annual visitors.
