The Howard County Library is a publicly funded and managed library that serves more than 4,000 residents in the city of Nashville in Howard County, Arkansas. It is one of the affiliate libraries under the Tri-County Regional Library, which was founded in response to the growing need for library services. The Howard County Public Library was opened and contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library system, which includes more than 155,000 books and serial volumes, more than 385 e-books, more than 2,000 audio files, and more than 6,000 video files. Additionally, the library system hosts over 67,000 visitors a year at its 12 sites, circulates over 108,000 items, and has over 35,000 registered borrowers.
