The Foreman Public Library is a publicly funded and managed library that serves residents in the city of Foreman in Little River County, Arkansas. It is one of the branch libraries under the Tri-County Regional Library, which was founded in response to the growing need for library services. In 1995, the Foreman Public Library was opened. With more than 155,000 books and serial volumes, more than 385 e-books, more than 2,000 audio files, and more than 6,000 video files, it now contributes to the county library system's overall collection and services. The total county library system contains 12 sites, more than 35,000 registered users, more than 108,000 items circulated annually, and more than 67,000 visits per year.
