The Warren Public Library is a 4-branch library system and serves over 134,000 residents in the city of Warren, Macomb County. Established in 1934, the library maintains 218,359 volumes and circulates 855,235 items per year, including regular books, audiobooks, Encyclopedias, exam books, CDs, DVDs, pamphlets, periodicals, video games, and music. Across all locations, the library provides public computers with Internet access and Microsoft Office, wireless internet access, hotspots for lending, mobile printing, faxing/scanning, notary services, and exam proctoring available only at the Civic Center Branch Library. Laptop lending is also available at the Dorothy Bush and Maybelle Burnette branches. The Warren Public Library's study rooms are housed at the Civic Center and Dorothy Busch Branches.
