The Taylor Community Library serves 62,570 residents in the City of Taylor, Wayne County. The library was opened in 1922 and has since expanded its collections and services, offering resources across different genres and in several formats. It provides an adult computer lab with technology kits, which include Chromebooks and wireless hotspots, youth computers with Internet access and printing capabilities, and an early learning station with AWE computers and educational games for children. It also offers the Braille & Talking Book program, a Textile lab, Summer/Winter Reading programs, LEGO club, Storytime, Medicare 101, Computer Basics, printing, curbside delivery services, and other library events.
