The Pikes Peak Library District provides city and county bookmobile service as well as a senior service van to roughly 650,000 people of Colorado Springs City in El Paso County. Along with 11 additional neighborhood libraries, this library district has three main branches: Library 21c, Penrose, and East. The library maintains over 1.1 million volumes and circulates over 7.3 million items per year.
