The Ogemaw East Branch Library serves the people in the Prescott Village and Richland Township in Ogemaw County. The library belongs to the Ogemaw District Library and is a member of the White Pine Library Cooperative. More than 68,195 volumes are maintained by the Library System, which also has an annual circulation of 73,906 items. Ogemaw East Branch Library is open three days a week and offers collections of Board Books, Easy Reading, Juvenile Reading, Teen Books, and non-fiction resources. It provides access to the Michigan Electronic Library, Overdrive, computers for public use, copying/faxing services, and various programs for all ages.
