The Mesa County Libraries serves 147,750 residents in the city of Grand Junction. It is a system of eight branch libraries with locations in Clinton, Collbran, De Beque, Fruita, Gateway, Grand Junction, and Palisade. Approximately 1.3 million physical and digital items are circulated annually, and 207,585 volumes are available in collections. The library provides assistive technology, public computers, WiFi, in-library use Chromebook/Laptop/iPad, a digital conversion station, printers/copiers, microfilm readers, wireless printing, scanning/faxing, tech help, computer classes, storywalk, storytime, and other library programs. Additionally, it offers after-hours book drop, drive-thru services at Central Library and Clifton Branch, and curbside pickup available at all branches.
