The Library Service For Deaf And Hard of Hearing is a special library that serves the residents of Tennessee who are deaf, deaf-dumb, hard of hearing, or have a loss of hearing. The library provides academic resources, Adaptive aids, Assistive and accessibility devices, ADA consulting, and Mental Health tools, among others. The library services include book lending, media and special programs for adults and children, and information & Referral services
