The Lapeer District Library is a seven-member library system serving 61,830 residents of Lapeer County, Michigan. The library system includes branch locations in Lapeer, Clifford, Columbiaville, Hadley, Metamora, and Otter Lake. It maintains a collection of 91,550 volumes and circulates approximately 183,830 items per year. Services available to the public across all locations include free WiFi, computers,  printing, scanning, faxing, copying, book discussion kits, and meeting rooms at the Marguerite deAngeli Main and Metamora Branches. The deAngeli Branch also provides curbside pickup services. Additionally, the library system offers tech tutorials, local history & genealogy resources, and various library programs for all ages.
