The Keiser Public Library is a public library that serves 730 residents in the city of Keiser, in Mississippi County, Arkansas. It is an affiliate branch of the Mississippi County Library System. In 1984, the Keiser Public Library was one of the six branches that opened in response to the escalating demand for library services. Keiser Public Library contributes to the county library system's entire resources, which include almost 160,000 books and serial volumes, nearly 5,000 e-books, over 2,000 audio files, and more than 600 video files. Furthermore, there were more than 26,000 registered borrowers, about 80,000 items circulated annually, and more than 26,000 people visited the library system each year.
