The Eastgate Branch Library serves 184,000 residents in Southeast Chattanooga City and is part of the Chattanooga Public Library in Hamilton County. The library maintains 39,556 volumes with a large circulation of new adult and tween items. In addition, it offers public computers, a children's program room, a teen area with Makerspace tools, and printing, faxing, and copying services. It is open from 9 AM Monday to Saturday and also provides a curbside concierge for patrons to conveniently get their books, audiobooks, DVDs, tools, and other materials.
