The East Tennessee History Center: McClung Collection is the history and genealogy department of the Knox County Public Library that stores its historical collections to serve the residents of Knoxville. The center is open seven days a week at varying hours. Additionally, customers who are unable to visit the library can send reference questions via email, phone, or postal code and receive assistance from librarians.
