The Dwight Branch Library is part of the Hartford Public Library, serving the people in Hartford City. The Library System maintains 384,059 volumes and circulates 531,393 items per year. Dwight Branch Library was founded in 1907 and named for Henry C. Dwight. It is located in the Parkville Elementary School on New Park Avenue and is open for in-person services from Monday through Friday. It provides books, audiobooks, DVDs, and eBooks collections as well as services and programs for children and adults.
