The Council Tree Library serves 177,000 residents of Fort Collins in Larimer County and is part of the Poudre Libraries. It was opened in March 2009 and now maintains 404,638 volumes, with 3.2 million items in circulation annually. The library provides meeting and study rooms, WiFi, public computers, laptop kiosks, copy/print/fax, document scanning, and various programs, including baby storytime, toddler storytime, snack & craft, book club, crafternoon, and animal afternoon.
