The Stratford Branch Library serves 1,560 residents of Stratford City and is one of the branches of the Marathon County Public Library. The library system maintains 250,200 volumes and circulates 1.1 million items per year. In addition to books and traditional library resources, the Stratford Branch Library provides youth and adult services, meeting rooms, computers and internet access, and technology assistance.
