The Service Center is a publicly funded and managed library and an affiliate library of the Walla Walla Public Library (WWCRLD), and serves 36,060 residents in the city of Walla Walla, the largest and county seat in Walla Walla County in Washington. The Service Center is the main library and contributes to the overall collection and services of WWCRLD, which maintains more than 80,000 book and serial volumes; more than 26,000 electronic books; almost 5,000 audios; almost 4200 videos; and circulates more than 320,000 items per year. Additionally, it was established in 1972 and has an aggregate annual visit of 235,477 with 17,982 registered borrowers.
