The Island Library serves about 905 residents in the city of Lummi Island and is one of the locations of the Whatcom County Library System. The library system maintains over 350,000 volumes and circulates approximately 1.7 million items per year. The Island Branch offers books, magazines, movies, DVDs, music CDs, digital materials, public computers, and printers, as well as storytime, summer reading programs, and curbside pickup services.
