The Endicott Branch Library serves about 300 residents in the city of Endicott and is a part of Whitman County Rural Library District. The library system maintains collections of 53,400 volumes and circulates approximately 140,700 items per year, including kids, teen, and adult books, audiobooks, music, CDs, DVDs, movies, and digital materials. The Endicott Branch offers summer reading programs, storytime, book clubs, in-person tech help, computers, internet access, free WiFi, word processing, and printing services.
