Louisa County Library serves 500 residents in the City of Mineral. Established in 1972, the library is part of the Jefferson - Madison Regional Library System. The library system maintains 460,000 volumes and circulates 1.6 million items per year. Louisa County Library offers books, DVDs, books on CDs, children's programs, two meeting rooms, public computers with internet access, copying, printing, scanning, and faxing services.
