The Bluefield Branch Library serves over 5,000 residents in the town of Bluefield and is a part of the Tazewell County Public Library. The library system holds approximately 104,680 volumes and circulates 118,231 items annually. The Bluefield Branch originated as a program of the Bluefield Virginia Women's Club in 1941 and became a branch of the County Library in 1980. It offers print books, audiobooks, magazines, DVDs, and electronic resources.
