The Rust Library serves 48,900 residents in the city of Leesburg and is part of Loudoun County Public Library. The library system maintains 639,500 volumes and circulates 5.3 million items per year. The publicly funded Rust Branch houses the A.V. Symington Teen Center, which provides 24 computers, gaming systems with wide-screen TVs, two Macs, board games, and a maker station for teens' creativity. In addition, the library offers book sales, ESOL conversation classes, storytime, computers, printing, and notary services.
