The Newton Branch Library serves the people in the Hague area of Westmoreland. The library is a part of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library System, contributing to the 618,300 volumes available on hand and 9.8 million items circulated annually by the Regional Library. The 1,063-square-foot Blake T. Newton Memorial Branch Library opened in 2001 and now has over 14,230 titles. It has express checkout stations, meeting and study rooms, drive-up book drop, public computers, and WiFi. It offers notary, exam proctoring, faxing, scanning, copying, printing, and wireless printing services.
