The Pageland Community Library is part of the Chesterfield County Library System and serves 2,488 residents in the City of Pageland. The Chesterfield County Library is a publicly funded and managed library consisting of five branches. As part of the Library System, Pageland Community Library contributes resources to the 73,540 volumes on hand and approximately 74,550 items circulated annually. It was opened in 1973 following years of serving as a lending library in Baker's Flower Shop. It offers print and digital collections, research assistance, public computers, printing, copying, and various programs for kids and adults.
