The Edgefield County Public Library serves 2,375 residents in the City of Edgefield and is an Aiken-Bamberg-Barnwell-Edgefield (ABBE) Regional Library System member. The library system maintains over 251,520 volumes and circulates 604,288 items per year, including print and electronic resources. The Edgefield County Public Library is publicly funded and provides a meeting room, five public computers with Internet access and Microsoft Office features, and children's AWE computer, as well as printing and photocopying services.
