The Max Milam Library provides services to about 1,375 residents who live in the city of Perryville in Perry County, Arkansas. The library, a member of the Central Arkansas Library System, maintains over 885,000 books and serial volumes and circulates about 2.8 million items per year, including a collection of DVDs for children and adults. It occupies a 5,000-square-foot building established in 1993 with a meeting room, public computers, and wireless internet services.
