The Polk County Library is a publicly funded and managed library that serves more than 5,000 residents in the city of Mena, Polk County, Arkansas. In addition to its own collection of more than 55,000 books and serial volumes, 48 e-books, 516 audio files, and 965 video files, the Polk County Library is an affiliate branch of the Southeast Arkansas Regional Library (SEARL), which was established in and now contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library system. The library system also welcomes more than 22,000 visitors annually at its ten branches spread over five counties, circulates more than 28,000 items, and has more than 2,000 registered borrowers.
