The Mid Arkansas Regional Library Consortium is a five-member library system serving 66,430 Arkansas residents, including those in Malvern and Hot Spring County. The library system includes Cleveland County Library, Dallas County Library, Grant County Library, Malvern-Hot Spring County Library, Saline County Library, and a Bookmobile. It maintains a collection of 163,090 volumes and circulates approximately 126,130 items per year. Across its locations, the library offers computers for public use, laptops, Internet access, WiFi, mobile hotspots, scanning, printing, and faxing services.
