The Wynne/Cross County Library is a part of the East Central Arkansas Regional Library that serves about 8,274 residents in the city of Wynne, the county seat of Cross County, Arkansas. Established in 1945, the library holds a collection of 30,000 print items, downloadable audiobooks, 2,000 videos, online research tools, and local history materials and offers public computers, computer classes, wireless internet access, art shows, summer reading programs, copying, and fax services.
