The Windsor Woods Area Library is one of the Virginia Beach Public Library's locations, which serves over 457,000 City residents. The library has 653,500 books and serial volumes, as well as audio, video, and electronic materials, and circulates approximately 3.2 million items each year. The Branch Library provides resources for children, teens, and adults, computers and technological services, wireless internet access, and early literacy and adult programs.
